Vote on proposed markets to help them go live. A proposal becomes active at +10 net votes and is rejected at -20.
Classic markets still need at least 72 hours between launch and resolution. Flexible Duration can move to the next valid launch window if voting takes longer. Fixed Date keeps the chosen calendar time, so if voting finishes too close to resolution the creator should submit a later date.
Anyone can create a market proposal. It starts in PROPOSED state awaiting community votes.
Community votes on-chain (support/oppose). Reaching +10 net votes approves a proposal, while -20 net votes rejects it.
Once a proposal reaches the required net votes, it moves live and trading opens.
